All Municipal employees and officials shall be domiciled in
the Municipality within six months of their initial appointment or
employment and shall continuously maintain their domicile in the Municipality
throughout their term of employment by the Municipality. All Municipal
employees and officials presently appointed or employed by the Municipality
shall be domiciled in the Municipality within six months of the effective
date of this chapter and shall thereafter continuously maintain their
domicile in the Municipality throughout the term of their employment
by the Municipality unless otherwise agreed by contract with the Municipality.
It is the intent of this chapter that all employees of the Municipality
be domiciled, live and reside in the Municipality.
