This Municipality shall be known as the Municipality
of Murrysville. As used in this Charter, the word "Municipality" shall
mean the Municipality of Murrysville, located in Westmoreland County
and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
The boundaries of the Municipality shall be
those of the Borough of Franklin in existence at the time this Charter
becomes effective and as they may be lawfully changed thereafter.
