A.
All references to the name of the "Borough of Franklin"
in ordinances, resolutions and everyday general business are hereby
amended and changed to the "Borough of Murrysville."
B.
The Secretary is hereby authorized and directed to
notify, as may be required, any and all local, state and/or federal
agencies of the change in name from "Borough of Franklin" to "Borough
of Murrysville."
