A. 
Hours of operation for the borough park shall be set from time to time by the Borough Council, as posted.

B. 
It shall be unlawful during the time when the borough park is closed for any person to drive any automobile or any other vehicle on the roads or premises of said park or for any person to enter upon or across the roads or premises of said park except the walk which is provided for pedestrians from New Castle Street to Market Street, and vice versa.
The Mayor, or the Council, upon application of any person or persons for the use of the park after 11:00 p.m., for such proper purposes as will not interfere with the peace and quiet of the borough, may grant permission in writing to use the park on such occasions as the Mayor or the Council may deem proper, and, in such cases, the use shall not be considered in violation of this chapter.

It shall be unlawful for any person to bring or take into the New Wilmington Borough Park any alcoholic beverage, which shall include malt, brewed and vinous beverages and any intoxicating liquor whatsoever.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof before the District Justice, be sentenced to pay a fine not exceeding $600, plus costs of prosecution for each offense.
