An independent solicitor of the Zoning Hearing Board shall be
appointed upon recommendation of the Building and Zoning Committee.
A.
Said independent solicitor shall be compensated for his services
to the Zoning Hearing Board.

B.
Where said solicitor shall be present at more than one hearing on
a given day, his compensation shall be prorated among the appellants
by the number of hearings held that day.
