Each lessor of a dwelling unit in Ridley Park shall provide notice
to the lessee that Ridley Park Borough restricts or prohibits the
parking of trucks, trailers, house cars and commercial- or industrial-type
vehicles.
B.Â
The lessor shall, at the time the lease is entered into, present
to the lessee a copy of the attached form,[1] entitled "notice of parking restrictions in the Borough
of Ridley Park" (hereinafter "notice"), requiring the signature of
the lessor and the lessee.

The lessor and lessee shall each execute a copy of the notice,
and the lessor shall, within 30 days of the date of the lease agreement,
submit an executed copy of the notice to the Ridley Park Borough Manager.
As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the
meanings indicated:
Any person, firm or corporation renting, leasing or occupying
a dwelling unit owned by another.
Any person, firm or corporation owning, operating or managing
a dwelling unit which is leased, rented, let out or permitted to be
occupied by another.

Any person, firm or corporation who or which violates any provision
of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine
not to exceed $600 and, in default thereof, shall be imprisoned for
a term not to exceed 30 days.
