Borough of Ridley Park, PA Article VI Fees and Expenses

§ 177-22 General.

In addition to any fees as may be required for subdivision and land development review, the Borough shall also establish fees to defray all costs incurred by the Borough for drainage plan review and processing, including fees to defray planning, engineering, legal and inspection costs, as well as costs and fees as are more particularly set forth in § 184-59 of Chapter 184 and in § 177-23 below. All fees shall be fixed by Borough Council by resolution. All fees shall be paid by the applicant.

§ 177-23 Expenses covered by fees.

The fees required by this chapter shall include, at a minimum, the following:

A. The review of the drainage plan by the Borough and its Engineer.

B. The site inspection.

C. The inspection of stormwater management facilities and drainage improvements during construction.

D. The final inspection upon completion of the stormwater management facilities and drainage improvements presented in the drainage plan.

E. Any additional work required to enforce any permit provisions regulated by this chapter, correct violations and assure proper completion of stipulated remedial actions.
