A. 
Each Commissioner of Rostraver Township elected or appointed to office after the effective date of this ordinance[2] shall receive compensation as a Commissioner in the annual amount of $3,000.

B. 
Such compensation shall be paid in monthly installments.

A. 
The compensation of the position of Township Tax Collector shall be $10,000.
B. 
The duly elected Tax Collector shall, in addition to said compensation, be allowed such actual printing and postage expenses as may be incurred in performing his duties as prescribed in the Local Tax Collection Law.[1]

C. 
The compensation set forth in this section shall take effect on the first Monday of January 2014 and shall apply to the duly elected Tax Collector who has been elected in the year 2013.
D. 
The compensation of the Tax Collector may, from time to time, by duly adopted ordinance be changed by the Board of Commissioners of the Township of Rostraver; provided, however, that said change in compensation shall be in accordance with the law of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as it applies to duly elected Tax Collectors of Townships of the First Class.
