The Township of Rostraver does hereby adopt
the rules and regulations dated July 2, 1991, which sets forth the
rules and regulations governing the use of the Rehoboth Sewage Disposal
System, its operation and maintenance.
The Rostraver Township Sewage Authority may,
from time to time, modify, add to or remove from said rules and regulations
herein by its resolution.

Any person violating any of the provisions of
the rules and regulations adopted by the Rostraver Township Sewage
Authority shall, upon conviction thereof before any District Justice,
be subject to a fine of not more than $1,000 for each offense plus
costs of prosecution and, in default of payment of such fine and cost
of prosecution, shall be imprisoned for a period not exceeding 30
days. For the purposes of this section, each day or a fraction thereof
during which any person shall remain in violation of any provision
of this article, the Rules and Regulations of the Rostraver Township
Sewage Authority or the Rostraver Township Sewage Authority resolution
covered hereby, or suffer or permit any condition which constitutes
a violation of any provision to continue, shall constitute a separate
offense.
The Rostraver Township Sewage Authority is designated
as the enforcement agency for the purposes of this article.
