All real estate set forth on the list attached hereto and marked
Exhibit A[1] are to be billed a flat rate of $42 per annum, whether
such real estate is residential, commercial, institutional or industrial.
The terms and amount set forth are retroactive to December 1, 2010,
having been assessed by Resolution No. 899.

offices, lists all properties in the Collinsburg, Pricedale, VanMeter
and Webster Districts. Section 2 of Ord. No. 52-1975 directed that
the assessments shown on Exhibit A be filed with the Township Treasurer
in accordance with law.
