GENERAL REFERENCES
Vehicles and traffic — See Ch. 177.
The Township Police Department is hereby authorized and empowered to
use any and all mechanical, electrical and electronic devices which have been
approved by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for the timing of
motor vehicle speeds.
The authority hereby granted shall relate to all public roadways within
the Township.
This chapter and the authority hereby granted shall pertain to present
speed-timing devices which have been approved by the Pennsylvania Department
of Transportation, as well as to those developed in the future.
