Washington Township hereby approves the following schedule of attorney fees for services in connection with the collection of accounts, which is hereby determined to be fair and reasonable compensation for the services set forth below, all in accordance with the principals set forth in Section 3 of the Municipal Claims Law[1] as added by Act No. 1 of 1996.

A. 
There shall be added to the above amounts the out-of-pocket expenses of counsel in connection with each of these services, including sheriff's and prothonotary's costs.
B. 
The amount of fees determined as set forth above shall be added to the Township's claim in each account.
In accordance with other Township ordinances, interest on judgments entered in any enforcement proceeding or filing of liens, costs and attorneys fees shall accrue at the rate of 10% per year from the date of the entry of the lien until payment thereof is received in full, unless such lien or judgment is paid in full within 30 days after the entry of the judgment or filing of the lien, whichever is the earlier date.
