Each landlord, lessor and sublessor of property in the Township of Willistown
or the agent of such landlord, lessor and sublessor shall file with the township
on or before July 15 of each year on a form prescribed and supplied by the
township a list of all tenants or lessees as of July 1 of each year.
The above listing of tenants and lessees shall be filed with the township,
one copy for the Township Zoning Officer and the second copy for the Township
Tax Collector.
Said list shall be supplemented within 15 days of the arrival of tenants
or lessees not previously recorded or the departure of lessees or tenants
previously reported.
Any person, partnership, corporation or other entity or business association
which shall violate any term or provision of this chapter shall, upon the
first conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $25
and not more than $50; upon the second conviction thereof, be sentenced to
pay a fine in an amount not less than $50 and not exceeding $100; and upon
the third and each conviction thereafter, be sentenced to pay a fine of not
less than $100 and not exceeding $300, together with costs of prosecution
for each and every offense.
