Environmental data: a plan which delineates environmental resources pursuant to Chapter 73, Environmental Protection.
Development data: a sketch plan which indicates any proposed subdivision of the tract with sufficient data to prove that the proposed layout will comply with all requirements of Chapter 139, Zoning, and this chapter. The plan shall also show all other public roads within 300 feet of the tract proposed for development and all new access points or connections into the existing road system proposed as part of the development plan.
Means of sewage disposal and water service: a plan which identifies the sewage treatment system proposed and the estimated gallons per day of sewage being treated shall be prepared in accordance with the requirements of Act 537, as amended, The Pennsylvania Sewage Facilities Act.
