service within the Borough, are on file in the office of the Borough
Secretary: Ord. No. 649, adopted and approved 4-24-1995, granting
the renewal of a nonexclusive franchise to Sammons Communications
of Pennsylvania, Inc.; and Ord. No. 768, adopted and approved 11-11-2013,
adopting a cable franchise agreement between the Borough and Service
Electric Cable TV, Inc.]
