Editor's Note: This ordinance superseded former Ch. 18, Pension
Plan, Nonuniformed, which stated that the Nonuniformed Pension Plan
adopted on 2-19-2003 by Ord. No. 187 is on file in the Township offices.
The Township of Worcester Nonuniformed and Defined-Benefit Pension
Plan created on February 19.2003, by Ordinance No. 187 is closed to
employees with a start of employment date on or after January 1, 2017.

The Township of Worcester Nonuniformed and Defined-Contribution
Pension Plan was created on September 20, 2017, by Ordinance No. 272,
and is available to qualifying employees with a start of employment
date on or after January 1, 2017. The full text of this plan is on
