An ordinance relating to trespassing on public and private lands and providing penalties therefor.
A person who knowingly enters or remains in or upon lot or piece of land in the Town of Kingston without authority from the owner thereof, or who erects or occupies thereon any structure whatever, or who parks or occupies thereon an automobile, or other vehicle without such authority and a person who places, erects, or occupies within the bounds of any street or roadway in the Town of Kingston any structure without lawful authority, is guilty of an offense punishable by fine of up to $250 or up to 15 days' imprisonment, or by both such fine and imprisonment, and in addition thereto, any vehicle or structure erected, parked in violation of this chapter may be removed pursuant to the direction of a police officer at the expense of the owner of such vehicle or structure.
