The annual salaries of each of the Township Commissioners who shall be elected or appointed after the effective date of this ordinance shall be the maximum amount permitted as the General Assembly may from time to time determine, except as restricted by the provisions of Section 603 of the First Class Township Code.
This ordinance shall be effective immediately.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.

In accordance with the authority contained in the Act of Assembly, dated May 25, 1945, P.L. 1050, § 34, as amended,[1] the annual compensation of the Township Treasurer for his/her duties as Treasurer and Tax Collector for the Township is hereby fixed at $10,000 as Treasurer and for the collection of mercantile and business privilege taxes, local service tax, interim tax and other Township monies, the sum of $21,000, said sums to be paid proportionately in monthly payments.

In addition to the annual compensation provided in § A150-4 hereof, the Township Treasurer shall be reimbursed for the actual printing and postage expenses and such other approved expenses as he shall incur in the performance of his duties as Township Treasurer and Tax Collector, not to exceed $10,000 commencing January 4, 1982.
