The Springfield Township Delaware County Firemen's Relief
Fund Association, is hereby recognized by the Board of Commissioners
of the Township of Springfield as the Agency for receiving and distributing
all funds appertaining to the said Association, and that the Board
of Commissioners of the Township of Springfield hereby agrees to pay
over to the Treasurer of the said Springfield Township Delaware County
Firemen's Relief Association, the moneys received from the State
Treasurer specifically therefor.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith
be and the same are hereby repealed.
