Editor's Note: This ordinance repealed former Ch. 213, Building Material, Lumber and Plumbing Supply Yards, Secondhand, adopted 11-27-1973 by Ord. No. 1378 as Ch. 62 of the 1973 Code.
No person, firm or corporation shall begin or maintain a secondhand lumberyard, secondhand plumbing supply yard or secondhand building materials yard along any state or county road, or within 1,000 feet thereof, in this Township.
The penalty for a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be either a fine not exceeding the sum of $50 or commitment to the Ocean County Jail for a term not exceeding 30 days, or both, at the discretion of the Municipal Judge before whom the conviction is had. Each day's offenses shall be considered a separate offense.
