No person shall possess, use or sell fireworks within the Township except as provided in the State Uniform Fire Code adopted by § 239-8.

Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a penalty as provided in § 1-15, General penalty, of this Code.
