Any person desirous of uncovering monument stones
shall first notify the Township Engineer, and such person shall cover
such stones again to the satisfaction of the Township Engineer.

Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished as provided in § 1-15, General penalty, of this Code.
