This Article shall be known as the "Water Pollution Control Authority
Ordinance."
Pursuant to Public Act 78-154,[1] the Town Council of the Town of Mansfield is hereby designated
as the Water Pollution Control Authority for the Town of Mansfield with all
of the powers as set forth in said Public Act 78-154 and in Chapter 103 of
the Connecticut General Statutes.
