No dwelling, house, barn, garage or outbuilding
or any other structure shall be moved upon the streets of the incorporated
Village which will in any way block such streets or hamper, impede
or interfere with traffic on such streets, unless the Board of Trustees
shall have granted a written permit for such removal. No such permit
shall be granted except upon petition of the owner of such structure,
stating the route intended to be pursued and the time required and
the size of the structure. Such permit shall not be granted unless
the petitioner deposit a sum of not less than $500 to guarantee the
proper repair of any sidewalks or streets or curbs damaged or injured
by any such removal.

Offenders shall be liable to a fine not exceeding
$250 for every such offense or imprisonment for not exceeding 15 days,
or both, for every such offense.
