[Adopted 1-3-1979 by L.L. No. 1-1979]
The exemption of commercial, business and industrial
structures from the Village's real property tax as provided for by
§ 485-b of the Real Property Tax Law is hereby eliminated.
This article shall not apply to or affect exemptions
existing prior to its effective date.
Local Law No. 13 of 1976 is hereby repealed.
