The location of the Maple Drive Parking Garage is the south side of Maple Drive.
A. 
All vehicles shall travel in accordance with traffic signs and pavement markings.
B. 
All vehicles shall be parked within designated lines.
C. 
Backing in a vehicle into a parking space is prohibited. All vehicles shall be parked "head in" so that the rear of the vehicle is parked closest to the traffic lane from which the vehicle entered into the parking space.

D. 
On the roof level, on the second level, on the ground level (except for those metered spaces designated in Subsection E), and on the ramps, parking is permitted only for vehicles with a valid Village of Great Neck Plaza garage parking permit during the days and hours specified in Subsection H.

E. 
On the ground level, only short-term metered parking is permitted in space numbers 24 through 51 on Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. for up to a maximum of two hours, for which the fee shall be $0.25 for each period of 30 minutes or fraction thereof. The Village Board may, by resolution, periodically modify the amount of these fees and the hours and days during which these fees shall apply. At all other times, such spaces shall be available for parking to any person, subject to the restrictions set forth herein.

No vehicle shall be parked in a space designated as a handicapped space unless a valid Nassau County or New York State handicapped permit sticker is properly displayed.
H. 
No vehicle shall be parked in a space designated as a permit space on Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding holidays, unless a valid Village of Great Neck Plaza garage parking permit is properly affixed. The Village Board may, by resolution, periodically modify the days and hours of this permit parking. At all other times, such spaces shall be available for parking to any person, subject to the restrictions set forth herein.

J. 
Commercial vehicles are hereby prohibited.

Valet parking is hereby permitted in accordance with regulations established by the Board of Trustees.

The location of the Plaza Centre Parking Garage is the west side of Plaza Centre.
A. 
All vehicles shall travel in accordance with traffic signs and pavement markings.
B. 
All vehicles shall be parked within designated lines.
C. 
Backing in a vehicle into a parking space is prohibited. All vehicles shall be parked 'head in' so that the rear of the vehicle is parked closest to the traffic lane from which the vehicle entered into the parking space.
D. 
No vehicle shall be parked in a space designated as a permit space on Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding holidays, unless a valid Village of Great Neck Plaza garage parking permit is properly displayed. The Village Board may, by resolution, periodically modify the days and hours of this permit parking. At all other times, such spaces shall be available for parking to any person, subject to the restrictions set forth herein.
E. 
Certain spaces in the garage shall be designated as handicapped spaces. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary stated herein, a vehicle with a properly-displayed Nassau County or New York State handicapped sticker shall be permitted to park in any designated handicapped space. No vehicle shall be parked in a space designated as a handicapped space unless a valid Nassau County or New York State handicapped permit sticker is properly displayed.
F. 
Unless otherwise authorized, only Village employees and officials may park at any time in a space designated for Great Neck Plaza officials only.
G. 
Certain spaces on Level B shall be designated for police vehicles. No vehicle other than police vehicles shall be parked in a space designated for police vehicles.
H. 
All vehicles exiting the garage onto Plaza Centre shall come to a full stop.
I. 
Commercial vehicles are prohibited.
J. 
In those spaces on Levels A and B which are not designated for police vehicles, for vehicles with valid handicapped stickers or for vehicles of Village officials and employees, only vehicles with valid Village of Great Neck Plaza garage parking permits are permitted to park on Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding holidays.
K. 
Short-term metered parking is permitted in the 11 lowest spaces on the east side of Level C Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. up to a maximum time of two hours, for which the fee shall be $0.25 for each period of 30 minutes or fraction thereof. At all other times, and on holidays, there shall be no fee for parking in these spaces nor any time restriction.
L. 
Excluding holidays, only vehicles with valid Village of Great Neck Plaza garage parking permits are permitted to park on the west side of Level C, on the east side of Level C (except for those spaces designated for short-term metered parking) and on Levels D through J on Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
M. 
Excluding holidays, on the rooftop level, long-term metered parking (up to 10 hours) for designated categories of employees of merchants in the Village shall be permitted at ten-hour meters, with a permit, on Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. for which the fee shall be $0.25 for each period of 30 minutes or fraction thereof. At all other times, there shall be no fee for parking in these spaces, nor any time restriction.
N. 
The two spaces on the first level closest to the back entrance of the Village Hall Court Room shall be designated for EV charging. No vehicle shall be parked in a space designated for EV charging unless said vehicle is a hybrid or all-electric vehicle and is charging its battery while parked. Official Village vehicles and employees with hybrid or all-electric vehicles are permitted to park and charge at the station. Patrons shall move their vehicle from the EV charging stall after charging is complete or within two hours, whichever is the shorter in duration.

The location of the Municipal Parking Field No. 1 is the north side of Maple Drive.

Backing in a vehicle into a parking space is prohibited. All vehicles shall be parked "head in" so that the rear of the vehicle is parked closest to the space number (printed on the pavement) designating the parking space where the vehicle is parked.

D. 
Short-term metered parking is permitted Monday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Vehicles parked in the spaces on the south side of the parking field closest to the Bank of America ATM lot (i.e., space nos. 1 through 9, inclusive) and on the west side of the parking field closest to Gussack Plaza (i.e., space nos. 37 through 56, inclusive) shall be permitted to park in the metered space and in the parking field for a total of no more than four hours. Vehicles parked in the remaining spaces in the parking field shall be permitted to park in the metered space and in the parking field for a total of no more than two hours. It shall be a violation of this provision if a vehicle is moved from one parking space in the parking field to another parking space in the parking field without having first exited and remained outside of the parking field for at least one hour. The fee for all such metered parking spots shall be $0.25 for each period of 30 minutes or fraction thereof. The Village Board of Trustees may, by resolution, periodically modify the amount of these fees and the hours and days during which these fees shall apply. The Village Board of Trustees, in its sole and absolute discretion, may by resolution periodically alter the number of parking spaces designated as two-hour maximum spaces and those designated as four-hour maximum spaces. The Village Board of Trustees, in its sole and absolute discretion, shall by resolution designate the location of such spots, and may periodically alter such location.

E. 
Commercial vehicles of maximum gross weight of 16,000 pounds are permitted for deliveries only.
F. 
No vehicle shall be parked in a space designated as a handicapped space unless a valid Nassau County or New York State handicapped permit sticker is properly displayed.
G. 
All traffic exiting the lot shall exit onto Park Place and shall come to a full stop at Park Place.

The location of Municipal Parking Field No. 5 is 51 Great Neck Road (Section 2, Block 376, Lot 38).
A. 
All vehicles shall travel in accordance with traffic signs and pavement markings.
B. 
All vehicles shall be parked within designated lines.
C. 
Backing in a vehicle into a parking space is prohibited. All vehicles shall be parked "head in" so that the rear of the vehicle is parked closest to the space number (printed on the pavement) designating the parking space where the vehicle is parked.

Commercial vehicles are prohibited.
E. 
Any vehicle higher than six feet, six inches, is prohibited.
F. 
Up to 44 parking spots in said parking field shall be reserved during the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Monday through Saturday for commuter and retail employee parking. Parking permits for such parking shall be issued in accordance with the provisions of Article II of Chapter 151 of the Village Code. The Village Board of Trustees, in its sole discretion, shall by resolution periodically establish the exact number of parking spots reserved for such permit parking, shall allocate such spots between commuter and retail employees and shall, after consulting with the Village Engineer, designate the precise location of such spots.

G. 
No vehicle shall be parked in a space designated as a handicapped space unless a valid Nassau County or New York State handicapped permit sticker is properly displayed.
H. 
Those parking spaces not reserved for vehicles with parking permits shall have short-term metered parking on Monday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. up to a maximum of two hours, for which the fee shall be $0.25 for each period of 30 minutes or fraction thereof. The Village Board may, by resolution, periodically modify the amount of these fees and the hours and days during which these fees shall apply.

The Village Board may, by resolution, periodically modify the amount of these fees, the time length of the meters, and the hours and days during which these fees shall apply. No vehicle shall be parked in a space designated as a handicapped space unless a valid Nassau County or New York State handicapped permit sticker is properly displayed.

F. 
No vehicle shall be parked in the Great Neck Chamber of Commerce space unless duly authorized by the Great Neck Chamber of Commerce.
G. 
No vehicle shall be parked in a space designated for railroad employees unless duly authorized by the Long Island Railroad.
H. 
Stopping or standing is prohibited along the north side of the railroad station building.
I.

Travel lanes:
(1) 
Lane 1 (left lane): no stopping any time.
(2) 
Lane 2 (right lane): standing for the purpose of picking up or dropping off commuters is permitted. However, leaving vehicles unattended is prohibited.
