A. 
Parking by vehicles in the parking lot located at the Chase Manhatten Bank building located at 22 Grace Avenue, i.e., the northeast quadrant of the block bounded by North Station Plaza, Bond Street, Grace Avenue and Park Place, shall be limited to one hour from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Monday through Saturday.
B. 
This one-hour parking restriction shall be enforced by the parking enforcement officers of the Village.
C. 
The fine for any violation of the one-hour parking restriction of this section shall be in the same amount as the fines imposed for violation of the parking restrictions applicable to the Village's municipal parking garages as set forth in Article V of this chapter.[1]

D. 
These parking restrictions shall not apply to any employee or customer of Chase Manhatten Bank who parks in the bank lot and whose vehicle displays a sticker approved by the Village for issuance by Chase to said persons.
E. 
These parking restrictions shall not be enforced by the Village if:
(1) 
Chase fails to install signage in the parking lot which the Village determines to be necessary and appropriate: or
(2) 
Chase fails to maintain insurance coverage insuring the Village and its employees in the manner and amount which the Village determines to be necessary and appropriate.

A. 
"Townhouse property" shall mean the traffic circle between Townhouse Buildings No. 1 and No. 3 as shown on Attachment 1[1] hereto.

B. 
No vehicle shall park on the Townhouse property without displaying a valid parking permit issued by Townhouse.
C. 
Violations of this section shall be enforced by the code enforcement officers of the Village. Any vehicle which is parked on the Townhouse property in violation of this section, and which has been issued a summons for such violation, shall not be issued a subsequent summons for such violation unless at least 12 hours have passed since the issuance of the previous summons.
D. 
These parking restrictions shall not be enforced by the Village if:
(1) 
Townhouse fails to post signage which the Village has determined to be necessary and appropriate; or
(2) 
Townhouse fails to maintain insurance coverage insuring the Village and its employees in the manner and amount which the Village has determined to be necessary and appropriate; or
(3) 
Townhouse in any other manner breaches its agreement with the Village regarding such enforcement.
E. 
No vehicle shall be parked in a space designated as a handicapped space on the Townhouse property unless a valid Nassau County or New York State handicapped permit sticker is properly displayed.
F. 
This section shall remain in effect only during such periods of time as there exists a valid agreement between the Village and Townhouse authorizing the Village to enforce parking regulations on the Townhouse property pursuant to Village Law § 1640-a.
G. 
All vehicles shall park in parking spaces such that the right (nondriver's) side of the vehicle is parked closest to the curb.
