A.
The hours of operation of the office of the Receiver
of Taxes shall be 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
B.
The Receiver of Taxes has the discretion to increase
the hours of operation of his/her office at those times during the year when
taxes are being collected; however, the Receiver of Taxes may not reduce the
hours of operation from that set forth hereinabove.
The Receiver of Taxes, as an elected official, shall establish his/her own hours of work and is exempt from the requirements set forth in § 22-4.
