If any provision, paragraph, word, section or
article of this law is invalidated by any court of competent jurisdiction,
the remaining provisions, paragraphs, words, sections and articles
shall not be affected and shall continue in full force and effect.
The words "Executive Director" and "Superintendent" may be read as
being synonymous if it is necessary to validate the local law or any
of its parts.
All other laws and parts of other laws inconsistent
or conflicting with any part of this law are hereby repealed to the
extent of such inconsistency or conflict.
This law shall become effective after adoption
by the participating members and publication or posting as provided
by law.
