No person other than employees of the Water
Department of the Village of Irvington or other employees of the Village
of Irvington on authorized business shall be permitted in any of the
lands or buildings of the Irvington Watershed, reservoirs or other
property of the Village of Irvington where there are any facilities
of any kind for use in connection with the water supply of the Village
of Irvington.
Any person found in violation of the foregoing
shall be subject to a fine of not more than $250, and a violation
of this article shall constitute disorderly conduct, and such person
shall be a disorderly person.
