A Planning Board of five members is established
pursuant to MGL c. 41, §§ 81A through 81J. None of
the Planning Board members shall serve concurrently on the Lancaster
Board of Appeals.
The Planning Board shall have the powers and
duties as set forth in MGL c. 41, § 81A et seq.
