No person shall operate a motor boat on any pond or inland lake lying within the Town at a speed in excess of seven miles per hour or negligently in a manner which endangers the safety of the public or constitutes a nuisance injurious to the neighborhood and the inhabitants thereof.
It shall be prima facie evidence of the violation of the bylaw if the boat is operated at such a speed or in such a manner as to endanger the lives and safety of others or injurious to the neighborhood and to the value of the property therein.

Any person violating any provision of this bylaw shall be subject to fines under Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article I, Noncriminal Disposition, of the Code of the Town of Lancaster, in the amounts set forth in Chapter 1, Article II, Fines.
