In cases where a death is caused by a fatal
accident or occurrence in or along a public street, sidewalk or walkway,
a temporary "roadside memorial" may be left for a period of not more
than 60 days from the date of accident or occurrence.
The temporary memorial shall be within the boundary
of the Town's property abutting the street, sidewalk or walkway, and
not obstruct or hinder persons or vehicles traveling on the roadway,
sidewalk, or walkway.
