[Amended 6-6-2011 ATM by Art. 33; 6-4-2012 ATM by Art. 38]
All business, except the election of such officers, and the determination of such matters, as by law are required, to be elected or determined by ballot, shall be considered at the Annual Town Meeting which shall be called by the Board of Selectmen by means of a separate Warrant dedicated to such purposes. The Annual Town Meeting shall be held on the first Monday in June, at 7:00 p.m. and any business still remaining to be addressed at the conclusion of said Monday's session of Town Meeting shall be adjourned to succeeding Wednesday and Monday evenings at 7:00 p.m. until all business has been concluded. The Board of Selectmen may, through a vote of the Board, call for the convening of an Annual or Special Town Meeting at a location beyond the geographic limits of the Town, provided that such location has been so delineated on the Warrant for the Meeting. Once convened, a meeting may be adjourned to another time and another location beyond the geographic limits of the Town only upon a motion by the Board of Selectmen to the members of the Town Meeting then in attendance whose majority vote in the affirmative shall be required.
