Any person found to be violating any provision of the bylaw, except Article VI, shall be served by the Town of North Attleborough with written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time limit for the satisfactory correction thereof. The offender shall, within the period of time stated in such notice, permanently cease all violations.
A. 
Any user who is found to have violated an order of the Plainville Board of Sewer Commissioners or the North Attleborough Board of Public Works or who failed to comply with any provision of this bylaw and the orders, rules, regulations and permits issued hereunder shall be fined not less than $20 nor more than $50, or that amount which may be allowable by the state for each offense.
B. 
Each day on which a violation shall occur or continue shall be deemed a separate and distinct offense. If the violation continues, the Board shall direct the Town Counsel to seek an injunction in the Superior Court of the Commonwealth requiring the offender to cease all violations. In addition to the penalties provided herein, the Town of North Attleborough may recover reasonable attorneys' fees, court costs, court reports' fees and other expenses of litigation by appropriate suit at law against the person found to have violated this bylaw or the orders, rules, regulations and permits issued hereunder.
Any person violating any of the provisions of this bylaw shall become liable to the Town and/or North Attleborough by reason of such offenses.
If any person discharges sewage, industrial wastes or other wastes into the POTW contrary to the provisions of this bylaw, federal or state pretreatment requirements, or any order of the Board of Public Works or Plainville's Sewer Commissioners, the Town of Plainville and the Town of North Attleborough may commence an action for appropriate legal and/or equitable relief in the Superior Court.
