All bylaws or parts of bylaws in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed.
The invalidity of any section, clause, sentence
or provision of this bylaw shall not affect the validity of any other
part of this bylaw which can be given effect without such invalid
part or parts.
This bylaw may be repealed or amended by a 2/3
vote at any Annual Town Meeting or at any other Town meeting specially
called for the purpose, a part or parts for such purpose having been
inserted in the Warrant for such meeting.
In addition to the rules and regulations set
forth in this bylaw, all persons shall comply, in full, with the Sewer
Use Bylaw of the Town of North Attleborough.
