There shall be a Department of Public Works
of the Township.

Under the supervision and direction of the Superintendent
of Public Works, the Department shall provide for the maintenance
of all Township streets and roads, including the streetlighting system,
and shall provide recycling services.

There shall be a Superintendent of Public Works,
whose duties are to oversee the daily operations of the Department
of Public Works.

There shall be an Assistant Superintendent of
Public Works who shall perform the duties of the Superintendent of
Public Works in his or her absence or disability and who shall perform
such other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned to the Assistant
Superintendent of Public Works by the Superintendent of Public Works
or the Township Committee from time to time.
