There is hereby established a nonrefundable
administrative fee of $25 for the purposes of bidding on any and all
real property to be sold by the Township of Hazlet pursuant to the
Local Lands and Buildings Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:12-1 et seq. This fee
shall be nonrefundable and shall accompany any bid for real property
to defray the cost of administration.
