The elected officials of the Borough shall be
permitted to participate in employer group insurance contracts of
the Borough of North Haledon, in accordance with the provisions of
this article, except in cases prohibited by law.
Any elected official who participates in an
employer group insurance contract shall reimburse the Borough for
the costs which are incurred by his/her participation.
If the group insurance contract into which the
elected official chooses to be included includes coverage for dependents,
the coverage of the elected official may also include his/her dependents.
