Editor's Note: This ordinance also amended all references
in this chapter to the "Water Pollution Control Department" to read
"Sewer Department."
The Sewer Department is hereby established for
the Borough of North Haledon. It shall consist of those Borough employees
designated by the Mayor and Council to operate and maintain the public
sewerage system and to otherwise function as hereinafter specified.
