No person shall intentionally break, damage, destroy, uncover, deface or tamper with any structure, appurtenance or equipment which is part of the wastewater facilities. Any person violating this provision shall be subject to arrest as a disorderly person and be subject to the same penalties imposed by Article XII, §§ 479-65 and 479-66.
