Any person found to be violating any provision of this chapter, except Article VIII, shall be served by the Borough with written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a time limit of 10 working days for the satisfactory correction thereof. The offender shall, within the period of time stated in such notice, permanently cease all violations.

Any person violating any of the provisions of the within chapter shall, upon conviction, be punishable as provided in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article II, General Penalty. Each and every day in which a violation of any provision of this chapter exists shall constitute a separate violation.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall become liable to the Borough for any expenses, loss or damage occasioned by the Borough by reason of such violation.
