No person, partnership or corporation shall
sell or deliver or have in his/her possession for sale or delivery
in the Borough of North Haledon any milk or dairy products without
first obtaining from the Board of Health a license for such sale or
delivery.
The annual fee for a milk and dairy products license shall be as provided in Chapter 635, Fees, Health, for each vehicle or store, payable to the Board of Health, and shall run from January 1 of each year.
No license shall be required for a restaurant
which has milk for on-premises consumption.

Any person who violates or neglects to comply
with any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof,
be liable for a penalty not to exceed $2,000 for each violation or
for a term of imprisonment not to exceed 90 days or a period of community
service not to exceed 90 days.
