Article I After-School Recreation Program

§ 54-1 Purpose.

The purpose of this article is to establish fees for the after-school recreation program.

§ 54-2 Fees.

The fees shall be as follows:

A. For the five-day-a-week program: $143.75 per quarter.

B. For the four-day program: $120 per quarter.

§ 54-3 Due dates.

Fees shall be payable upon registration, upon the first school day of November, and upon the first school day of January and upon the first school day of April.

§ 54-4 Late fee.

If the fees are not paid on or before the due date, a $10 late fee will be assessed.

§ 54-5 Nonpayment of fees.

If all fees have not been paid within two weeks after the due date, including the late fee, the Recreation Director, at her discretion, may grant an extension to pay the fee or dismiss the child from the program.
