The subdivision plans adopted by the Town Board
on the 10th day of April 1950, and also subsequent changes and amendments
thereto, are repealed and declared to be of no effect on and after
the effective date of this chapter; except that, as to violations
against the prior regulations which were in existence prior to the
effective date of this chapter and which would be violations of this
chapter if not in existence prior to the effective date thereof, said
prior regulations shall remain in full force and effect.
