Editor's Note: The initial adoption of this chapter was approved
by the electors at a referendum held on October 12, 1958.
It shall be lawful for any authorized organization, as defined
in § 476 of General Municipal Law, upon obtaining the required
license, to conduct the game of bingo within the territorial limits
of the Village of Walden, subject to the provisions of this chapter,
Article 14-H of General Municipal Law and Article 19-B of Executive
Law.
Any game of bingo conducted within the Village pursuant to a
license issued in accordance with this chapter and the applicable
statutes may be operated by authorized organizations on the first
day of the week, commonly known as "Sunday,” after 1:00 p.m.
