§ 14-2Execution of agreement.
§ 14-3Authorization.
The Township of Daugherty shall join with the Borough of New Brighton, New Brighton Borough Sanitary Authority, Daugherty Township Municipal Authority, Township of Pulaski and Pulaski Township Municipal Authority in an agreement wherein all assets of the Daugherty Township Municipal Authority, including sanitary sewer lines and any interest of the said Township in such assets or lines, are transferred to the New Brighton Borough Sanitary Authority pursuant to such agreement, which agreement provides for the collection and treatment of sewage in Daugherty Township by the New Brighton Borough Sanitary Authority.
The proper officers of the Township of Daugherty are authorized and empowered to execute such agreement.
