Township of Daugherty, PA Chapter 76 FEES

§ 76-1 Fees to be set by resolution.

To the extent that any Township ordinance provides for or establishes a fee for any Township permit or license, said ordinance is hereby amended to provide that said fee shall be established by the Township's Board of Supervisors by resolution as it from time to time deems necessary.

§ 76-2 Fees previously established.

Any fee previously established by ordinance or resolution shall remain in effect until such time as the Township Board of Supervisors adjusts said fee as provided in § 76-1.
