The Board of Supervisors of East Brandywine Township states its intention to organize a municipal authority pursuant to the provisions of the Municipality Authorities Act, 53 Pa.C.S.A. § 5601 et seq., as supplemented and amended (hereinafter "Act").

The name of such Authority shall be "East Brandywine Township Municipal Authority."
The purpose of such Authority shall be the financing of working capital and of acquiring, holding, constructing, financing, improving, maintaining and operating, owning, leasing, either in the capacity of lessor or lessee, projects of the kind and character as permitted by the Act, but only such projects as from time to time are specifically authorized by ordinance by the Board of Supervisors of East Brandywine Township.
The officers of the Township and the Township Solicitor shall be authorized to take all proper action as may be required to duly organize the East Brandywine Township Municipal Authority pursuant to the Act, including the giving of notice of the Board of Supervisors' intention, and providing an opportunity to the public to comment at a public hearing in accordance with the provisions of the Act.
