A. 
No domesticated animal or any nondomesticated animal shall be permitted to run at large in this Borough either upon the public streets or highways or upon property other than the owner of such animal.
B. 
No person shall allow any domesticated animal or any nondomesticated animal confined on that person's premises to make any loud or harsh noise or disturbance which constantly or continuously, without cause, interferes with or deprives the peace, quiet, rest or sleep of any person within the Borough.
C. 
No person shall allow any domesticated animal or any nondomesticated animal owned by him or under his control to defile, corrupt or otherwise desecrate or destroy any sidewalk, walkway or the property of another.
Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be punishable for each offense by a maximum fine of $300 or by imprisonment for not more than 90 days.
